We are here to heal: ourselves, others, and the beautiful planet we inhabit. We embody this by healing the lower frequencies and guiding people or energy to unlock divine light from the inside out. There’s a map within, sometimes we just need a helping hand to find that road we already knew was meant for us.

Astrology: I'm a Leo rising, Sagittarius sun and Gemini moon.
I LOVE nature and will hug a tree without warning lol. I find any body of water relaxing. I love getting lost in a good book - I read a lot.
I have a firsthand understanding of what it feels like when your physical body struggles; which has hugely influenced my intuitive style of yoga. I've had endometriosis, ovarian cancer twice, a small bowel resection, herniated discs... you name it lol! Honestly I am just so grateful to be here and I really do live every breath with gratitude.
Touching death forever changes you, it allows you to become more aware of the sanctity of life. It has deepened my spiritual practices and my capacity to love and understand. I hold a lot of gratitude for those lessons too.
I am completely in love with my spiritual journey and I hope that my students get to experience some of the joy these beautiful practices bring to me.

Astrology: I'm a Scorpio rising, Taurus sun and Aries moon.
My heart feels most free when walking barefoot in nature or when immersed in open water. You can often find me amongst the trees in my local forest, swimming in the seas surrounding the beautiful Isle of Wight where I grew up, or snuggling with my 3 cats in the garden or on the sofa.
Although each of our spiritual journeys began long before we knew it, it wasn’t until I started to go inward and truly heal that I could open myself up to the truth and to possibilities beyond what I ever imagined.
The journey toward inner peace is a rocky one and there are some tough times of deconditioning, resurfacing old wounds and brutal self-honesty but it really is the most beautiful and rewarding journey that you will ever embark on. It has allowed me to lead with my heart and to keep an open mind in all situations I find myself in.
I feel so blessed to have met Evie and to join the Clear Rise Team - I can’t wait to share this light with you.
